The convention is open to all members of the SDA Church globally. Attendees can participate as exhibitors, delegates, or day visitors. Registration commences on 3 November 2025 and is essential; all participants must register, pay, and receive confirmation before attending.

Accomodation:
Campsites: R1280 for 4 nights, 6 people, 1 vehicle
Block E: 2 bunk beds, fridge, shared ablutions: R3200 4 people sharing (Thursday – Sunday night)
Block C: 2x bunker beds 4 people R3520 also Toilet, shower, wash basin and small fridge.
Huts: 2 single beds (shared ablutions) R1360 – only beds
